These "Easy Trails" are reasonably firm, with no deep water or knee deep mud.  However, the surfaces are often loose, and it's a whole different ball game to tarmacced roads.  It does take a bit of getting used to.  Grabbing a big handful of throttle or brake is not advisable unless you want to eat pebbles.  Especially on a big V-Twin with road biased tyres fitted.

Gradually one gets used to the feeling of both wheels sliding gracefully away :)
