Motorcycle Clothing and Equipment.  Largely irrelevant now, as this stuff was for use by rental customers.

It is strongly recommended that you bring along your own helmet and personal riding clothing. You know the quality of it, how well it fits and where it’s been.

However I do feel sorry for overseas tourists who appear on my doorstep woefully unprepared, and for this reason I have amassed a collection of odds and ends to help people where I can do so.

Note - I offer no guarantee as to the fit or quality of this clothing. Some of it is brand new and in excellent condition, whilst other items date back to the arc and are getting a bit tatty. Might be regarded as retro cool though.

I reserve the right to make a small charge for some items.

Helmets – Full Face
AGV helmet – XS 54 Very small – child / small person
Lazer – white – S 55 / 56, small / medium
Lazer – yellow – S 55 / 56 small / medium
Novak – yellow – S 56 small / medium
Shoei (white) – S 56, only suitable for pillion as the visor is scratched
Novak – green – L 60 large

Please look after my helmet if I supply one to you. Helmets cost £40 to £400 each. When these become damaged I will NOT be replacing them. If a helmet is dropped onto a hard floor, it is supposed to be replaced.

Jackets
1 leather, small, child size or very small person.
1 leather, medium

1 leather, medium to large

1 Spada yellow / orange Cordura, large & waterproof, with armour.
1 mustard coloured Cordura armoured medium / large jacket. Waterproof.

Trousers
Cordura / Kevlar, Frank Thomas, new but very small (child / small person).
Leather, medium, 34” waist.
Blue nylon, quilted over-trousers – old and just so unfashionable. Very small.
Orange nylon quilted over-trousers, medium / large, even more hideous than the blue ones.

Boots
Not much. Tatty old pair of mine & some Moto-x items.

Gloves
Various makes in leather. 1 Medium 3 pairs Large / Extra Large

Waterproofs
3 FT light nylon over-jackets, L, XL, and XXL (all new) in orange / yellow.
Several thin over-trouser items.
Large / XL one piece over suit, not-armoured.

Luggage
Full Givi hard cases for FJ1200 & spare set for the GT
Magnetic tank bags – 2 or 3
Oxford soft, “throw-over” panniers. 2 sets
1 Oxford tail pack.

Locks
Disk Locks, cable lock, or both supplied with rental bikes.
