The Drink Drive limit for alcohol is 80ml in blood - very approximately 2 pints of standard strength beer - don't risk it, have just one drink or none at all.
I cannot advise you consuming ANY alcohol during a day out riding with Bike Tours UK, although a pint of shandy at lunchtime over a meal is hardly reckless.
We make up for it in the evenings though, when the bikes are locked away for the night!
