just wanted to say thanks for a great weekend,

I ended up cruising back to london on the A1 at a moderate pace with M,

(A. was too fast for both of us!), and managed to get home 15 mins before the rain.

PS - I wouldn't worry if there was a bit of whinging about you riding too fast, people getting lost etc.   Getting lost and finding our way again was a lot more fun for me (and M, P etc.) than trundling along in single file.
