I found BikeTours-UK.com on the internet search engine and my wheels started clicking. I had business in London but I also wanted to ride. Forget all the site seeing in London I wanted to get out in the countryside and see how the English people live and ride.
I e-mailed Bill at BikeTours-UK back and forth and he set me up. He got me the motorcycle of my choice, made hotel reservations, set some optional itineries. Bill met me at the Nottingham rail station and I quickly found from his demenour that I was going to have alot of fun. We dropped off my stuff at the hotel in town and set off to pick up the motorcycle. I chose a VTR1000. The bike was in fine shape with only 2800 miles on it. In the states a Honda Sport model is only available in one color so I was surprised to be riding a blue VTR....
