Why choose Bike Tours UK?

Good question. If you haven’t ridden abroad before, you may want someone around to help. I can assure you that it’s not difficult at all – but I’m here to help you get the most out of your trip to France. Here’s a brief summary of my affinity with France.
I’ve been visiting France up to 3 times per year for work or pleasure since my school day “French Exchange” visits at the age of 15.
I’ve been taking groups down to Bourg St Maurice and the south coast since 1983.
I went out with the British Canoe Team in ‘83 & again in ‘85 for the World Championships.
I hold a degree in French, and I qualified as a French teacher in 1985.
I’ve worked 3 whole tourist seasons on the Cote D’Azur, and one season as a holiday representative in the Dordogne for Haven Leisure.
I have contacts and friends in the town, and almost feel like one of the locals there now..

I ski in France every winter (normally at Bourg St Maurices / Les Arcs) and my in-laws, own property there.

It doesn't mean I'm perfect, but after 24 years of visiting, I know the place pretty well now.
