I know for a fact that he spent a great deal of time riding dirt bikes around the Mae Hon Song province of Thailand, as well as cycling into Laos & Vietnam. He's an excellent canoeist, climber, and all-round outdoor pursuits fanatic. Fit as a butcher's dog, and built like a racing snake. Depressing really.
