  1. Before making a final booking, Bike Tours guests normally exchange a number of E-Mails or phone calls with me to establish exactly what their requirements and preferences are.
  2. When a firm booking is made, a non-refundable deposit of £50 to £200 (GB pounds) is required, paid either by cheque or directly into the Bike Tours UK business account. Deposits are £50 for UK trips, £100 for France / Spain tours, and £200 for TT races.
  3. Full balances are required 6 weeks (42 days) prior to the tour commencing. Guests will be sent a voucher which confirms our Tour Operator Failure Insolvency Insurance cover, in compliance with EEC regulations. This does not rule out late bookings. Last minute bookings require immediate, full payment.
  4. For some tours, a minimum of 4 guests are required in order to make the tour viable. If necessary, the organiser reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient numbers. (in reality, I've never done this). In this case guests will receive a full refund, or be offered the option of touring unsupported, at a reduced cost.
  5. Guests are required to take out their own travel insurance when joining one of my foreign tours. In some cases this can be offered by Bike Tours UK.
  6. Guests should ensure their own motorcycles are taxed, tested, insured and fully roadworthy before joining an escorted tour.
